Sonja Rosa Rössler leads the LoveYourself yoga training and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500+, Yoga Alliance) with more than 8000 hours of yoga classes. She has been teaching at USI Vienna since 1994 (dance, yoga, Pilates, meditation, group fitness trainer and in yoga training) and co-founded Studio Perform. Sonja’s style and her classes are driven by her love for dance, movement and personal development (training in bodywork, TranceDance, ShaktiDance, sound and dance therapy, The Work, Soul Coaching…) and with this passion she would like to infect you, take you with her, empower you and let you become your best self.
