Livia and Zuzi will take you on a journey of transformation and self-discovery by connecting you to the power and wisdom of the elements that are strongly present at Finca Argayall. You will have the opportunity to explore your body and soul in daily chakra yoga sessions and shamanic practices and ceremonies such as sweat lodge, shaman dance, drum journey, plant communication and more.
Each day we will start with a yoga session where we will connect with the elements within us by diving into our energy centers – the chakras. This will help us to expand our consciousness and open the space for further exploration in the shamanic practices in the afternoon. The courses are beginner friendly.
Ceremonies hold a special place in many cultures to honor and connect with the sacred. During our seminar we will create sacred space together, set intentions and invite spiritual guidance into our lives. This can bring about profound changes and help us to let go of what no longer serves us and make a new beginning.

Zuzi Balaziova has been practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching for 7 years. She was trained by elite teachers in London Triyoga studios.
Her teaching is intuitive and adapts to every body type and personality. Her aim is to serve her students and create a warm and playful environment for them to explore their breath, mind and body. She is a qualified Reiki Master.
Livia Sauter is a professional, passionate gardener with a heart that beats for nature and plants. She is deeply connected to the permaculture garden at Finca Argayall, having lived and worked here for over 5 years. She loves communicating with the spirit of the plants, exploring other dimensions and states of consciousness, creating ceremonies and celebrating life. She learned shamanism and the wisdom of the medicine wheel at the Quetzal Coatl Lodge in Switzerland and practiced it for over 10 years, which is the foundation of her work. Together with the knowledge of the healing power of plants, spiritual-energetic healing, Tao geomancy, yoga teacher and neurographica coach, she has created a unique ceremonial self-realization work.
