After basic and advanced training in conflict management / crisis intervention and mediation, further training in emergency counseling and grief counseling followed. He then deepened his counseling work with systemic training. Since 2010 she has been working in her own practice with a focus on “trauma treatment” Since 2010 she has regularly carried out constellations in groups. The constellation method with its various formats also finds its place in individual settings.
In addition to systemic therapy, Karl-Heinz Wey is also an EASC-certified coach and is trained in therapeutic tools such as EMDR, Audiofocus, medical hypnosis and the basics of behavioral therapy.
