This yoga retreat offers you the opportunity to fully arrive in the here and now without any distractions from outside or the urge to do anything. Self-love and self-care are the focus of this week and form the basis for the daily yoga practices. The yoga exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques are individually adapted to your physical and mental needs. This gives you the opportunity to devote yourself lovingly to issues that often don’t find space in everyday life.
Sandra Bohnenpoll has been teaching yoga groups since 2009 and has been running the yoga school “zum Glück gibts Yoga” in Hildesheim since 2015. She also accompanies people with a wide range of mental and physical issues in individual sessions and passes on her knowledge in further training courses.
The language of instruction is German.
