The inspiration for &#8220;Bear Retreat&#8221; comes from autumn: the time when bears prepare for hibernation by gathering food, water and light, then creating a warm, safe refuge. In the same way, this retreat invites us to slow down, loosen up and savor the warmth, light and joy of community. Through yoga, meditation, live music, kirtan, dance and ceremony, you create a space for renewal.
