DESCRIPTION:A course for Lomi Lomi lovers who want to go “all the way”: refine bodywork\, broaden the possibilities of touch\, and learn to address body\, mind and spirit. The content announces a deepening into specific lineages (Lomi Oluli / Lomi Oluea) linked to Kahu Abraham (Kaua’i). The intention is twofold: to relieve the body’s burdens\, to rekindle the inner fire\, and to further integrate Kahuna principles so that the gesture becomes less “do” and more “let do”. The more these principles are understood and embodied\, the more massage is described as a state of unity: giver\, receiver and “what is given” come together\, and another dimension of care appears – that of flow\, as the language of the universe.

The inspiration for “Bear Retreat” comes from autumn: the time when bears prepare for hibernation by gathering food\, water and light\, then creating a warm\, safe refuge. In the same way\, this retreat invites us to slow down\, loosen up and savor the warmth\, light and joy of community. Through yoga\, meditation\, live music\, kirtan\, dance and ceremony\, you create a space for renewal. It’s also about deep rest\, movement\, sound healing\, journaling\, sharing circles\, stargazing… and even free swimming in the sea for the more adventurous.
