DESCRIPTION:A week of 5Rhythms® on the volcanic island of La Gomera\, experienced as a primitive force in the ocean. The workshop begins with the body as a gift: a place of wisdom\, of forgotten sorrow\, of joy yet unknown. In Argayall\, “Place of Light”\, between fire\, rock\, water and big sky\, you dance every day (morning + late afternoon) with a free space in the middle to explore the island\, swim\, walk… or just be. The intention is to travel differently: not to run towards a result\, but to enjoy the journey – including the journey to the island\, conceived as a transition out of everyday life. We dance\, we share\, we alternate between rest and energy\, and we come back again and again… to home\, to ourselves.
