DESCRIPTION:A therapeutic fasting retreat inspired by the Buchinger method\, designed to bring body\, mind and vitality back into harmony. Careful guidance is provided: clear information\, practical advice\, an understanding of the effects of fasting on regeneration\, the organs of elimination and the nervous system\, and ways of integrating fasting into daily life. The program combines body and introspective practices: Kneipp-type treatments and dry brushing\, breathing (including rebirthing)\, guided meditations and inner journeys\, conscious movement and free dance\, stretching\, back work\, pilates “body balance”\, relaxation… all in connection with the elements and Argayall’s nature. The program includes detox days\, fasting days (extendable with medical advice) and recovery days.
