DESCRIPTION:A week to encounter the whole range of emotions – without classifying them as “good” or “bad”. The workshop begins with a powerful question: how do we bear the unbearable\, when the world\, loss and pain affect us? The answer lies in daring to feel fully: fear\, anger\, sadness\, joy… like energy in motion. With Movement Medicine®\, each emotion is explored as a “chamber of the heart”\, linked to elements\, gestures\, shapes and expressions. The work becomes alchemical: transforming these emotional forces into life-sustaining qualities\, expanding emotional intelligence and moving closer to the center of compassion – where the “wise elder of the heart” can bear gentle witness to all that crosses over.
